Chris Fysh B.A. (hons) Level 2 OISC immigration adviser

Chris has practised UK visa and immigration law since 2000. He spent six years working for a large London-based private immigration firm where he headed up their Highly Skilled Migration Department.

Chris' expertise lies predominantly in the employment-based immigration categories. However he also has extensive experience in dealing with family-based immigration categories such as applications for spouses, fiance(e)s, unmarried partners and returning residents to name a few.

Chris is also able to advise on other areas of immigration such as Entry Clearance procedures, Settlement and Visa Applications outside the Rules.

Victoria Sharkey B.A. (hons) Level 3 OISC immigration adviser

Victoria has practised immigration law since 1998. Initially with a London based private immigration firm, where she specialised in work permit applications for IT professionals. She subsequently spent 18 months in India working with several multinational IT firms, moving project workers and their families to the UK, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.

On returning to the UK, Victoria worked for the Immigration Advisory Service, where she specialised in asylum and family appeals. Following a year spent working for a UK Member of Parliament, Victoria returned to private practice.

Her caseload includes spousal and family applications, representation at the AIT, and a large number of ‘outside of the rules’ applications, mainly for those within the Iranian, Jamaican, Pakistani and Algerian communities.
